Natural gas standard material is an important part in natural gas testing,which guarantees the quality of test results.The results can be traced back to two groups of experimental data that can be coMPared for long periods of time.Therefore,natural gas standard material has great influence on the accuracy of gas detection results.This paper mainly studies the preparation method of natural gas standard gas,and evaluates the performance of the experimental product.In this paper,the study of the standard gas preparation method at home and abroad is studied.According to the existing conditions of the laboratory,combining weighing method and pressure method,the method of weighing method is adopted to carry out the experiment.At the same time,to improve the accuracy and reduce the error,we use the intermediate gas to replace the single raw material gas.The accuracy,uniformity,accuracy and stability of the method are coMPared with the method of weighing and pressure.In addition,the paper also analyzes the factors that influence uncertainty in the process of standard gas preparation,and summarizes the methods and measures to reduce the experimental error.Based on the experimental preparation of standard gas uniformity,accuracy and stability analysis of experimental data,weighing and partial pressure experiment product for the integrated method of uncertainty are at about 3%,the effect is better than that of partial pressure method(or greater uncertainty of 20%or more),after weighing method(uncertainty about equal to zero).However,coMPared with the weighing method,the preparation speed is greatly improved.The speed of preparation(measured in minutes)is better than the weighing method(measured in days)and partial pressure(in hours).In addition,the safety performance also improved.After using the diluted intermediate gas(the concentration is usually 0.05%-1%),it does not require direct contact with the high concentration of raw materials,thus improving the safety of the gas distribution process.Therefore,the experimental results show that the experimental results are in accordance with the relevant national regulations and can meet the requirements of the standard gas materials.Our product test by primary reference gas,the uncertainty of using was close to primary reference gas that prepared by Gravimetric methods,because they all use the same type of cylinder.The field examination shows the uncertainty of the calibrated standard gas is close to the primary gas.The use effect of our product is close to the primary gas.The pretaration process of our method saves more cost.
