The offshore XX oilfield is in the middle and late periods of development,and is about to receive the extra well stream from a new marginal oilfield,which will result in the increase of the production water volume.Due to the equipment ageing,the efficiency of crude oil processing declines,but there is an increasing need to process crude oil.However,energy saving and emissions reduction is becoming more and more important,which require us modify and improve the equipment to enhance the capacity of processing water and decrease the oil in water.Thus,the research on simulation,adaptability evaluation and program optimization of production waste water treatment system is of great significance to its efficient operation.Through adaptability evaluation to analyze the causes of existing problems,the use of FLUENT software for flow field simulation of the revamp,put forward the separator adding rectifier,polymer structure and improve the weir plate height,external drainage installation of air flotation device buffer tank and so on optimization scheme,and fully demonstrate the rationality of the reform,the processing efficiency and external drainage in modified simulation results.Production,after the production of water treatment system and the analysis of actual production data,and compared with before the system reform,so as to verify again the necessity of the system,not only increase the capacity of production water system,and improve the separation efficiency of three-phase separator and external drainage buffer tank,for the sea of old fields can be drawn lessons from for the development and production,energy conservation and emissions reduction work experience.
