| Maintaining the state that the bottom hole pressure is always slightly larger than the actual formation pressure is of great significance for the driller to reduce the safety risk of killing and improve the killing efficiency.Whether these meanings can be realized depends on whether the driller can control the bottom hole pressure in time by some way or method according to the existing well control equipment and corresponding instruments in the killing process,so that the bottom hole pressure is always slightly larger than the formation pressure.In order to control the key factors affecting the bottom hole pressure,it is necessary to rely on the control of the surface kill throttle manifold throttle valve and establish the corresponding control system.Therefore,based on well control equipment and corresponding instruments for killing throttling,this paper studies and develops a killing throttling control system.The main achievements are as follows:1.The mechanism of killing well by driller method is deeply studied,and the principle and control principle of killing throttling bottom hole pressure control are studied and analyzed.Based on the corresponding well control equipment and matching instruments,the scheme of realizing bottom hole pressure control is designed,which provides a theoretical basis for the development of killing throttling control system.2.The factors affecting bottom hole pressure in killing process are analyzed,control parameters are selected,and sensitivity analysis of control parameters is carried out.The optimal control parameters are wellhead casing pressure,throttle opening is selected as control mode,and mathematical model is established.3.Aiming at the established wellhead casing pressure control model,a fuzzy PID control algorithm based on Grey Wolf algorithm is proposed,and a well killing throttling control system is established.Compared with the traditional PID control and the fuzzy adaptive PID control,the corresponding simulation analysis is completed by using MATLAB.The results show that the grey wolf fuzzy PID algorithm has better control effect.4.According to the overall design of the system,based on Visual Studio software platform and the corresponding database,a set of well killing throttling control system is studied and developed to realize the optimal and fast control of bottom hole pressure.The system is tested in field application. |
