As an important place for food preservation,the distribution of air flow field is an important factor to ensure the quality of goods.In this paper,CFD numerical simulation technology is used to study and optimize the air flow field in a small meat cold storage,the influence of different loading mode of goods in cold storage and different installation position of cold fan on air flow field is studied and analyzed.The SolidWorks drawing software was used to establish the three-dimensional physical model of the meat cold storage,the ICEM CFD pretreatment software was used for non-structura grid division,and the FLUENT simulation software simulates the calculation.Firstly,the simulation calculation of the empty storage of the meat cold storage was carried out,and the flow field distribution of the empty storage was studied.Then the correctness of the cold storage model is verified.By changing the initial conditions and boundary conditions of the cold storage,establishing the fruit and vegetable cooling storage and simulation calculation,the calculation results are compared with the simulation results of other references.Secondly,the distribution of air flow field in cold storage is simulated under four different arrangements of goods,the factors considered included the different height of the goods,the different distance from the cold storage wall,the presence of an aisle between the goods and the presence of a pallet at the bottom.The results show that the above conditions will have an impact on the temperature field and velocity field distribution in the cold storage.The better the quality of meat storage is,the lower the stacked height of meat,the greater the distance from the cold storage wall,and the less the impact on the uniform distribution of air distribution.In the four ways of goods stacking set out in this paper,stacked way to meat the shipment is at the bottom of the intermediate with wide corridor and is equipped with pad storehouse board(4)as the best way to pile up,the meat product zone temperature range than other three methods,temperature distribution is uniform,the goods and the contact area is larger,the flow field in this way to ensure the quality of goods storage.Finally,the installation positions of three types of fans are arranged to study the distribution of the flow field in the cold storage,namely,the fans are placed in the center of the length 300 mm from the wall,the width 300 mm from the wall and the width.The analysis results show that the three types of fans have a significant influence on the distribution of air velocity field and temperature field in the cold storage.Mode(2),that is,when the fan is installed 300 mm away from the wall in the width direction,the eddy current in the storage is small,and the cold wind has the longest circulation path and takes away heat quickly,which is the best way to place the fan.The simulation results of this paper will provide some reference for the internal goods arrangement,the selection of fan layout and the study of air flow in the cold storage.
