Mine fires in non-coal metal mines not only destroy underground equipment and facilities and cause great harm to underground workers,but also produce a large amount of high-temperature thick smoke and the diffusion and spread of flue gas during the fire,which have a very adverse impact on the escape of underground workers,and quickly and accurately master the diffusion laws of flue gas,temperature and toxic and harmful substances under different wind speeds of underground fires.Timely implementation of correct disaster prevention and avoidance methods can reduce casualties and property losses caused by the fire as much as possible,and correctly guide personnel to escape from the disaster,which is of great significance to reduce a large number of casualties caused by the fire and control the rapid development of the fire.In this paper,through the analysis of the causes of underground fires,taking the alleys near the working flour as the research object,the combustion and diffusion characteristics of rubber,engine oil and wood materials are analyzed and studied by using the numerical simulation method,and the effectiveness of anti-wind under different wind speeds is simulated and analyzed.The following are the main conclusions:(1)The smoke diffusion process,temperature change trend,visibility change trend and CO2 concentration change trend of rubber,engine oil and wood materials under different combustion powers are simulated.The general trend is that the higher the power,the faster the smoke diffusion,the faster the temperature rise and the smaller the visibility.(2)If the combustion materials are different and the combustion power is different,even if the standard requirements of the reverse air volume are met and the wind speed cannot meet the requirements,the purpose of reverse air cannot be achieved.Through simulation,the reverse wind speed required by different materials and different powers is obtained.(3)The smoke diffusion rates of rubber,engine oil and wood materials were compared.Under normal ventilation conditions,the thick smoke produced by rubber leather products will spread to the downwind direction first than the thick smoke produced by wood and engine oil at the same wind speed.Therefore,anti-wind has the best effect on wood,followed by engine oil and finally rubber leather.(4)The distribution characteristics of CO2 concentration produced by combustion of rubber,engine oil and wood materials are compared:rubber leather products,wood and engine oil from high to low respectively.The concentration of CO2 also increases with the increase of combustion power and wind speed.(5)According to the simulation results,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. |
