The elastic conductive composite material is a multi-phase composite system with conductive function obtained by incorporating a nanometer/micron-sized conductive filler into an elastic insulating polymer and disposing by lamination,lamination and the like.With the development of flexible electronic technology,elastic conductive composite materials have become a hot research material.This thesis focuses on heaters based on liquid metal @PDMS elastic conductive composites and sensors based on silver-coated nickel@PDMS elastic conductive composites.In the research of heaters based on liquid metal @PDMS elastic conductive composites.In this thesis,a conductive ink was prepared by using a stretch-stabilized liquid metal @PDMS elastic conductive composite material,and a quick-printing preparation of the wearable electric heater was realized by using a direct-write printer.The heater not only has large deformation variables(strain >100%)and high electrical conductivity(1810 S/cm).More importantly,the heating performance is still stable when the stretching is 1 time,and the rate of change of temperature is less than 8%.The heater is used in sports knee pads for superior comfort and thermal stability.In the research of sensors based on silver-coated nickel@PDMS elastic conductive composites.Inspired by the phenomenon that magnetic particles are easy to form a one-dimensional chain structure under external magnetic field,silver-coated nickel particles with good conductivity and magnetic properties are selected as conductive fillers.By applying a parallel magnetic field to regulate the distribution of the silver-coated nickel particles in the elastic matrix,a tensile strain sensor with a quasi-one-dimensional percolation conductive chain is obtained,and the sensitivity of the sensor is as high as 3×106.Further,after repeated stretching for 10,000 times under a strain of more than 3%,the sensitivity of the device was not substantially attenuated.The sensor is used as an electronic eardrum,which can detect a wide range of audio signals from 5 Hz to 25000 Hz outside the sound source;it can be used as a breath detector,which can be attached to the mask to detect the respiratory condition of the person without contact;The detector can sense the swimming of underwater fish and show a broad application prospect...
