Tannic acid(TA)is contained in the pulp, bark and leaves of plants. It is a plant polyphenol with important economic value and has a highly branched star-like molecular structure with glucose ring as the center and gallic acid through The valence bonds are linked to form a polyphenol branc h.Based on the special chemical structure of gallic monomers, tannic acid can act through one or more non-covalent bonds(hydrogen bonding, electrostatic interaction, hydrophobic interaction, ion complexation,?-? interaction,cation-? Role),interacting with different target matrices.Conjugated carbon materials(carbon nanotubes, graphene, polyaniline, etc.)have good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and mechanical properties. However, due to their hydrophobicity and nanoscale effects, they c annot be uniformly dispersed in the aqueous phase.Application in an aqueous environment. This study intends to use the interaction between tannic acid and conjugated nano-carbon materials to achieve the dispersion of carbon materials in the aqueous phase,to prepare a tannic acid / conjugated carbon material dispersion;using self-assembly technology to make tannins in the dispersion The acid/nano conjugated carbon material composite is assembled to the surface to form a functional coating;the main resear ch contents are as follows:(1)The experimental results of the preparation of tannic acid/conjugated carbon material dispersion show that plant polyphenols can disperse conjugated carbon materials, but the dispersion effect of tannic acid is better than other plant polyphenols;at pH=6,7 8,the amount of tannic acid is small(tannic acid: conjugated carbon material mass ratio is less than or equal to 1)can make the particle size of tannic acid / conjugated carbon material dispersion in the range of 200 ~ 400 nm,Zeta potential Smaller,between-60 and-80 mv.The dispersion morphology and properties were characterized by atomic force microscopy(AFM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),differential calorimeter(DSC)and thermogravimetry(TG).In summary, tannic acid can be used to disperse multiple types of nanoconjugated carbon materials in water.(2)Experimental results by preparing a tannic acid/quaternary ammonium salt/conjugated carbon material dispersion show that a very small amount of quaternary ammonium salt can increase the tannic acid-dispersed conjugated carbon material under weak acid to weak base conditions. The effect, and the amount of tannic acid used is also reduced. The results of FT-IR,DSC and TG show that the quaternary ammonium salt increases the dispersion effect of tannic acid without affecting the interaction between tannic acid and conjugated carbon materials.(3)Experimental results of self-assembled coatings of tannic acid/conjugated carbon material dispersions show that the dispersion can form a coating on the surface of different aminated silicon substrates, but the coating on PDMS is continuous and smooth, and It has good stability in water;under weak acid conditions, the coating thickness of the dispersion on the aminated PDMS is the highest, and as the concentration of the dispersion increases, the thickness of the coating becomes larger. The coating properties were characterized by good thermal conductivity of the coating;and the resistance change was stable a nd sensitive under 100 cycles of extrusion coating, and it is expected to be applied to flexible wearable sensor parts.
