Plc-based automatic tail material recycling system is designed for the tail material recycling in the process of blending and adding aroma in the silk workshop of qingzhou cigarette factory.The main purpose is to save manpower and material resources,improve the efficiency of tobacco production and increase the safety in tobacco processing.In this thesis,the status and background of the development of cigarette machine equipment were introduced,and the significance and objective of tail material recycling system design were introduced.The system requirements and feasibility were analyzed,and then the system design was started.The design steps and process of tail material recovery system are described in detail.Then the system is perfected and the improvement strategy is put forward.Finally,the system was put into use after simulated operation.In the process of tobacco production,the brand number should be changed for production.The variety and quantity of blended tobacco in each brand are different.Based on the limitations of the equipment,the tail material should be recycled after the production of a brand.The tail material recycling system mainly includes the recycling of stem and tail material,the recycling of expansion tobacco tail material,the recycling of flake tobacco tail material and the recycling of residue tobacco tail material.At the present stage,tail material recycling is manual recycling,which is not efficient and has potential safety risks.The purpose of researching tailstock recovery system is to free manpower to make operation convenient,improve efficiency and reduce safety risks.The design of the tail material recycling system is mainly to modify the existing procedures,adding automatic recycling this part.The system is mainly designed by using PLC's S7 control programming language.The design is simple and easy to operate.Using the original equipment procedures to transform,saving time and effort,the project implementation is more convenient and quick.
