At this stage,in order to improve environmental problems and promote healthy economic development,China's environmental regulations are increasingly stringent, and green GDP concepts and supply-side reforms have also been exerted. All walks of life are inevitably subject to the three constraints of the environment, energy and government. In the traditional manufacturing industry, the production level is backward, the pollution is serious, and it is impossible to escape the bound fate, and the development of the enterprise is affected. The purpose of this paper is to analyze whether environmental regulation brings profit or loss to enterprises. It aims to improve the ability of papermaking enterprises to face such a macro environment and propose suggestions for improving corporate profits and competitiveness.Enterprises are important practice subjects of the theory of sustainable development. While pursuing economic profit growth, they must also assume responsibility for society. This paper mainly analyzes the impact of environmental regulation on the profit of papermaking enterprises.Taking Jingxing Paper as an example,it analyzes the status quo of Jingxing Paper's environmental management through the company's annual financial report and environmental report, and uses cost-benefit comparison. The basic method is based on the five transmission paths of clean production, pollution prevention, environmental management, environmentally friendly product research and development, and environmental education. The environmental impact of environmental management on the profit of Jingxing Paper is determined.According to the long-term trend analysis, the company's process, production line and equipment installation, wastewater and waste gas treatment facilities are slowly getting on track. The related expenditures will continue to decrease, and environmental and economic benefits can be maintained. Therefore, environmental regulation will not only reduce profits, but also reduce the degree of profit reduction in the later stage. However,in the process of development,Will be affected by issues such as social development, regulatory strengthening and equipment aging It is expected that the impact of environmental regulation on enterprises will change in stages. Finally,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for enterprises to improve profits, improve management level and enhance competitiveness, with a view to inspiring enterprises.Along with the environmental regulation, the "green GDP" concept and the heat expansion of the supply-side reform,a large number of related literatures have emerged, buttaking the actual environmental protection situation of individual enterprises as an example, the study of the impact of environmental regulation on corporate profits has been in short. The innovation of this paper is to combine the theory of externality, the theory of property rights and the theory of national environmental regulation to study the impact of environmental regulation on corporate profits, focus on the paper industry, and explore the path of improving quality and efficiency in the paper industry under the background of environmental supervision. The impact of regulatory implementation and the improvement of the company's own environmental management level are of great significance. However, due to the limitations of environmental accounting development and the incompleteness of environmental accounting information disclosure, this paper has some shortcomings. It has been affected by the case analysis when collecting data. The impact of environmental regulation on the profit of papermaking enterprises needs to be increased. The real case support and improvement, this is also the direction that needs to be explored in the future.
