With the rapid development of manufacturing technology,many manufacturing industries have realized automatic production.At present,the operation blade grinding industry in China has not yet realized automation.In this paper,the key technologies of the operation blade grinding system are analyzed and designed.The purpose is to realize the automatic production of the operation blade and improve the product quality.In this paper,according to the grinding process requirements and the shape characteristics of the blade,a special grinding structure is designed,including grinding wheel structure,duck-billed clamp and two-dimensional moving platform,automatic feeding and unloading structure.With Siemens PLC-1200 controller,complete the automatic grinding of blades.The deep learning network method is applied to the blade quality detection and classification.Based on the convolution neural network framework,the neural network is built and trained on the Matlab software.The grinding wheel wear condition is monitored with product detection feedback information,and the blade edge width is checked to determine whether the grinding wheel state needs compensation.The grinding wheel wear online compensation function is realized by compensating the grinding wheel state under the corresponding state signal.Compared with the traditional manual grinding method and semi-automatic machine tool grinding method,the grinding system integrates the functions of automatic grinding,on-line compensation for wheel wear,product quality detection and so on.It can realize the automatic grinding of surgical blades.
