In 2016,cleaning agents have been around for 100 years.They have become part of the daily work lives of thousands of people around the world.With the preparation of cleaning agent gradually improved,environmental awareness and energy conservation and environmental protection requirements continue to improve,but also exposed some environmental problems.For example: Whether the composition of cleaning agent is environmental protection,whether the cleaning effect is up to the standard,whether the cleaning supplies to extend the service life to achieve the purpose of resource protection,whether to meet the amount of foam less.In recent years,domestic cleaning agent industry is developing rapidly,but with the emergence of environmental problems,people should pay more attention to the country issued a series of environmental protection policies,in order to promote it to the direction of green environmental protection.Cleaning agent is divided into many kinds: tableware cleaning agent,clothing cleaning agent,industrial cleaning agent.Metal cleaning agent plays an important role in industrial cleaning,that is,the surface treatment of the metal is also the rust protection of the metal,rust protection is often ignored.In this paper,400 mL metal cleaning agent was prepared and a new compounding scheme was proposed,from the source to achieve environmental protection without phosphorus and prolong the life of the original to save resources.Firstly,the content of each component of the cleaning agent was set.Based on the surfactant,the cleaning agent,chelating agent,rust inhibitor and other reagents were added successively.The prepared samples were compared according to the inspection standard of JB-T 4323.2-1999 water-based metal cleaning agent.Specific programs are as follows:(1)Three common surfactants,sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate,fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether,and coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide were selected for the experiment.Six groups of different proportions were set for experiments to measure the stability,pH and foamability.Detergent sodium citrate,sodium citrate and sodium silicate mixture and sodium tripolyphosphate were added into two kinds of surfactants respectively.It was found that the cleaning efficiency of sodium citrate and sodium silicate mixed in 3:1 was similar to that of sodium tripolyphosphate and could be used as phosphate-free products.When the chelating agent edta was added to the two groups,the cleaning efficiency was affected by different concentrations,and the efficiency of brass and steel was 90.5% and 91.8% respectively at the concentration of 0.36g/L.Continue to add other solvents to match the phosphorus-free cleaning agent,according to the cleaning effect of the ratio of 2:2:1 is the best.(2)In order to further satisfy and extend the service time of the metal and the idea of surface anti-rust,the anti-rust agent is added to the sample.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)showed that the addition of triethanolamine in the 1:1 mixture of sodium silicate and sodium molybdate found by the researchers could effectively form a more stable and dense protective film on the metal surface.With the continuous increase of the amount of triethanolamine,adding 28 mL can minimize the corrosion of the two metals and also extend the rust time.The ratio of sodium silicate,sodium molybdate and triethanolamine is 25:25:14.In accordance with the proportion of non-phosphorus anti-rust metal cleaning agent,comprehensive analysis of the performance.Compared with the market products,when this sample produces low foam,the rust time will be prolonged and the cleaning effect will be achieved.
