Design And Research Of Man-machine Interface Of Spinning Frame

China's textile machinery industry is in the stage of rapid development.In the face of globalization,China's textile machinery is facing the competition and pressure brought by the international market.At present,the technology and function of China's spinning machine has gradually narrowed the gap between the international,but there are still some deficiencies in the human-machine interface design.This paper studies and explores the human-machine interface design of spinning machine,and provides a set of scientific design methods for the human-machine interface design of spinning machine,so as to improve the competitiveness of China s textile machinery in the international market.This paper introduces the background of the project,takes the research direction as the target,and analyzes the current development of the human-machine interface of the spinning machine.Scientific research methods such as literature research,investigation research,comparison research and discussion research were used to provide objective basis for the interface design of spinning frame.Based on ergonomics and cognitive psychology,introduction to art,such as basic theory research,analysis of the person's feeling,physiological characteristics,psychological characteristics influence on man-machine interface,sums up the people factors on the points for attention during the design of man-machine interface,induce in spinning frame human-machine interface,navigation,icons,layout,color,text,controls,such as interaction design principles.At the same time,the method of smart phone software interface design is introduced to design the interface of the spinning machine and open the design idea of the human-machine interface of the spinning machine.Finally,on the basis of the summarized principle and the proposed design method,an example design of the human-machine interface of the textile mechanical spinning frame JWF1566 is carried out.
