| In recent years,environmental infringement incidents have occurred frequently in China,and the number of environmental pollution cases has increased.How to perfect the liability system of environmental tort compensation has been of great significance.Based on the concept of environmental tort liability to pay compensation system and based on the analysis of the significance,analyze the existing environmental tort damages system in China is discussed,and points out that the shortcomings,and in the environmental tort system of funds,insurance,public interest litigation further comparative analysis of the foreign developed countries development environment system,and then puts forward the system of our country environment construction,the improvement of the specific measures include unified compensation standard,increased enforcement,perfecting the evidence rules and improve the social assistance system.It is expected to be beneficial to the construction of environmental tort damage compensation system in China. |
