Styrene is an important organic chemical raw materials,mainly for the production of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin PS,ABS resin,polystyrene,styrene butadiene rubber,styrene acrylonitrile copolymer SAN resin,styrene butadiene rubber SBR/SBL latex,ion exchange resin,unsaturated polyester and styrenic thermoplastic elastomer such as SBS etc..In addition,it can also be used in pharmaceutical,fuel,pesticides and mineral processing industries,uses a very wide range of.The activity and selectivity of styrene catalyst have become an important condition for the production of styrene.At present,most of the industrial production uses negative pressure reactor to complete the control of low pressure.But the temperature ascension has many limitations,high temperature not only make the catalyst coking carbon will make ethylbenzene cracking.Therefore,the conversion rate of catalyst of high selectivity,high stability has become the core technology of ethylbenzene dehydrogenationEthylbenzene is the main raw material for the production of styrene.The yield of ethylbenzene directly affects the output of styrene.The main parameters of ethylbenzene unit are ethylbenzene conversion and ethylbe nzene quality.The activity of ethylbenzene catalyst directly affects the conversion of ethylbenzene and the quality of ethylbenzene.As the operation cycle of styrene plant increases,the activity of styrene catalyst gradually deactivates with the cycle.Therefore,the regeneration effect and regeneration time of ethylbenzene catalyst are of great importance.The deactivation of EBZ-500 catalyst is mainly due to coke deposition and alkaline nitrogen poisoning.Therefore,on the one hand,relatively mild re generation conditions should be chosen to avoid destroying the structure and morphology of the catalyst,on the other hand,the active coke deposition on the catalyst surface and in the pore should be removed as far as possible,the pore channels should be dredged and the acid sites should be exposed.The catalytic activity was restored.Roasting regeneration is simple and easy to operate without special equipment,and the technology is relatively mature.Therefore,roasting regeneration is used to regenerate EBZ-500 catalyst.
