| The eutrophication of the water environment leads to the deterioration of the water environment, and even affects the industrial production and human health and safety. The high emission of nitrogen and phosphorus is the main cause of eutrophication,so it is urgent to control and reduce nitrogen in water. Therefore, biological denitrification technology has great research significance.Anammox process is an efficient and economical new biological nitrogen removal process.Due to the high removal rate of nitrogen,no need to add other carbon elements, anaerobic dissolved oxygen, and low sludge production rate, the process has received extensive attention from relevant circles. With the development of anaerobic ammonia oxidation, the combination process of anaerobic ammonia oxidation has also developed and is widely used in high ammonia nitrogen waste-water.However,it is difficult to start the anaerobic ammonia oxidation reactor due to the influence of the source of inoculation, the self-inhibition of the matrix, the exogenous toxicants and the length of the process. In this study, the influencing factors of UASB reactor in anaerobic ammonia oxidation process were studied. The anaerobic sludge was used to successfully cultivate anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria.Through batch experiments at different temperatures, different pH values and different substrate concentrations, the appropriate temperature,pH and concentration ranges were obtained, and whether the reactor could operate stably was tested. With the concentration of ammonia-nitrogen substrate 300 mgN/L,nitrite-nitrogen substrate 400 mgN/L,temperature controlled between 30-35 C,and manually adjusted pH in the range of 7.5-8.0,the reactor can run steadily, and the removal rate of ammonia-nitrogen 97% and nitrite-nitrogen 96% can be obtained. |
