The Bohai area is block China abundant heavy oil resource,once the heavy oil production technology breakthrough,the region's production potential,at the same time,it is also stable in Bohai old oilfield production is an important way and the only way which must be passed.During the production process,the wax deposition problem in many areas is becoming increasingly prominent,which directly affects the production efficiency,shortens the period of pump inspection,and causes the high cost of single barrel oil.At present,the Bohai area to prevent wax process is heat pipe insulation wax,but still exist for some low temperature well,wellbore wax,wax single heat pipe insulation technology can not completely solve the problem of the paraffin wax,and need a heat pipe heat insulation technology of wax process combination to reduce oil wax deposit risk.The waxy pipe column technology of hollow electric heating rod in offshore oil field can solve the problem of wax and viscosity reduction in the oil well in this area.In this paper,the new technology of insulated tubing insulation wax process combination as a system engineering,and the offshore oil field of electrical heating rod hollow wax column process as the research object,in the project overview,basic data collection and process advantages on the basis of the analysis,conducted the research from three aspects of technical feasibility and feasibility the economic feasibility,and risk control of the project.First of all,in the aspect of technical feasibility analysis,we have designed the test plan of process project in detail,including the process principle,design,test personnel configuration,test step design,and schedule plan.Secondly,in the economic feasibility analysis,detailed analysis of the project investment,financing,revenue and expenditure and project final accounts.Finally,from the aspects of technology risk,market risk and operational risk,we analyze and control the uncertainty of the hollow electric heating rod wax control string technology in offshore oilfield.
