In this article,we first investigated the interaction between the cationic surfactant HDBAC and cellulase.Cellulase was found to delay the formation of HDBAC mimic micelles by surface tension and conductivity measurements. In the study of UV absorption and fluorescence spectra of cellulase,it was found that as the concentration of HDBAC in the solution increased, the UV absorption intensity was significantly enhanced but the fluorescence intensity was decreased. This indicated that the tryptophan and other amino acid residues of the enzyme protein were exposed from the hydrophobic environment.During exposure, the structure of the cellulase protein was unfolded, and the proportion of Trp residues on the surface of the cellulase was reduced. In the study of the Zeta potential of the cellulase solution,it was found that the surface of the protein was covered with HDBAC molecules and the stability of the cellulase solution was enhanced.HDBAC/cellulase composite was utilized to disperse the copper phthalocyanine pigment. The pigment dispersibility measurement showed that the optimal compound mass ratio of HDBAC/cellulase was 9:1,which could significantly improve the dispersibility and dispersion stability of the pigment. The use of infrared and thermogravimetric measurement demonstrated the surface modification of pigments by HDBAC/cellulase.TEM,particle and potential tester were used to determine the mean particle size and ? potentials of dispersion.Through the study of the dyeing process, the optimum conditions of dyeing could be determined at 20-30°C,pH 4-6 and 20-30 min dyeing time. Moreover, the coverage condition of pigment particles could be observed by the optical and electronic microscope. Finally, the influences of pigment dyeing on the fabric properties were studied. It was found that the resistance to deformation of fabric, the elongation and breaking load, the ability to resist shear deformation and the ability to maintain deformation of fabric increased after pigment dyeing.Dyeing had little effect on the fabric's burning performance. The pigment dyes had a negative effect on the hydrophilic property of fabric. However, the antibacterial properties of the alginate fabrics after dyeing were significantly improved and meantime the UV resistance of the fabric was significantly increased.
