One-dimensional(1D)nanomaterials are hot topics in materials science,physics,chemistry and so on.One-dimensional nanostructured materials such as nanowires,nanofibers,carbon nanotubes have great application prospects in nanoelectronic devices,energy conversion,transparent electrodes,sensors.It is a good substitute for traditional ITO materials,luminescent materials and heating materials in the fabrication of optical and electrical devices.However,only silver nanowires with high aspect ratio can significantly improve the performance of the devices.Therefore,the preparation of silver nanowires with high aspect ratio is a key step in the experiment.Electrospinning is a highly efficient and simple method for the preparation of continuous,uniform and homogeneous nanofibers in a large scale.Fiber diameters can range from nanometers to several microns.The researchers synthesized hundreds of inorganic / polymer nanofibers,inorganic nanofibers,organic nanofibers,and so on by electrospinning.It has potential applications in drug delivery,catalysis,nanosensor,nano electronic devices and so on.The coaxial nanofibers can make up for the shortage of the structure and properties of the single polymer fibers.The properties of the fibers can be controlled by adjusting the proportion of each component,which makes them have a good application in electrical and medical materials.In this paper,the parameters and steps of the silver nanowires with high length to diameter ratio are explored by the polyol method.The silver nanowires with high length to diameter ratio are successfully synthesized.Silver nanowires were doped into PVDF fibers,and one-dimensional coaxial nanofibers-nanowires were prepared by direct electrostatic spinning.First,silver nanowires with high aspect ratio were synthesized by polyol method.We studied the effects of the conditions of silver nanowire synthesis,such as the concentration of reactants,the ratio of PVP to the ratio of silver nitrate,the influence of the speed of silver nitrate solution and the influence of metal cationic additives.Silver nanowires with a aspect ratio greater than 379 times were successfully synthesized.Secondly,we doped silver nanowires into PVDF solution and prepared silver nanowires / PVDF composite nanofibers by direct electrospinning.The electrical conductivity and thermal stability of the composite fiber were tested.This convenient method for the synthesis of coaxial nanocomposite fibers has a good application prospect for the preparation of nano-materials and devices.
