| As an advanced functional material,silver nanoparticles were potential applied in the fields of photoelectricity,biosensor,catalysis and antibacterial.At the same time,silver nanoparticles also have the properties of nanomaterial,namely,small size effect,surface effect,quantum size effect,macroscopic quantum tunneling effect and dielectric limited domain.The special physical and chemical characteristics of silver nanoparticles enable it to be applied to many new field.Moreover,the properties of silver nanoparticles are mainly determined by its shape and size.Therefore,controllable synthesis of nano silver has become a research hotspot nowadays.In this paper,a brief overview of the preparation methods of silver nanoparticles with different shapes and sizes was introduced on the basis of reading a large number of documents,and the properties and applications of silver nanoparticles were briefly described.The shortcomings in the research of nano silver are also pointed out,and possible directions for future research of silver nanoparticles are also given.This paper focuses on the size controllable preparation of nano silver.The effects of different reaction temperature,different surfactants and different reducing agents on the size of silver nanoparticles were studied.Based on this,the size controllable of silver nanoparticles was studied.The content of the study is to use the two step reduction – seed growth method to control the preparation of silver nanoparticles.At the same time,the controllable preparation silver nanoparticles are analyzed by UV-Vis,TEM and DLS.Subsequently,we modified silver nanoparticles.The main contents include the use of chloro auric acid for etching silver nanoparticles to prepare gold nanocages.In the second part,mercapto ethanol was added into the prepared colloidal solution of silver nanoparticles,and the fluorescence of silver nanoparticles obtained after centrifugation was studied and tested.Then,PVP and silver nanoparticles were mixed to electrospinning,and the bactericidal nano silver fibers were obtained.Finally,the whole experimental work is summarized,and the development of silver nanoparticles are prospected. |
