With the rapid development of science and technology,many industries become high-water-pollution industry,such as petrochemical,cottonocracy,press,steel and so on.They have a great improvement in technology and production,but they also produce Oil,heavy metal ions and organic solvents which are the main pollutants in water.Now,the method of oil-water separation with super-wetting materials has been widely concerned,and many kinds of super-wetting materials have been developed to practical application.However,many of these materials have some disadvantages such as complex preparation process,low recycling efficiency and poor mechanical properties.In this paper,three dimensional porous materials with low cost,high porosity and interpenetrating pore structure are used as substrates for surface modificationtomakefunctionalmaterialswithsuperhydrophilic/underwater-superoleophobic for oil/water separation.The specific research content and achievements are as follows:?1?We use the three-dimensional-porous raw cotton as the base to assemble graphene oxide nanoparticles after degreasing,then we get cellulose based functional materials with underwater-superoleophobic.Large numbers of oxygen-containing groups,combined with the inherent three-dimensional network structure,lead to a water contact angle of 0?and an underwater oil contact angle of 170?on the GO-coated cotton.This material can be used to remove many dyes and oils in water simultaneously,and the removal time of pollutants is short.?2?After the chemical processing of the porous material,kapok is broken,and then carbonized by urea.Finally,we carbonized it to form a carbon-based hybrid aerogel.The material has underwater-superhydrophobic property,not only can remove a plurality of insoluble oil in water,but also can remove dye molecules in water by electrostatic action of oxygen-containing groups.Because of the photocatalytic activity of g-C3N4,the material can achieve photocatalytic degradation of pollutants.It can also hold a lot of pollutants because of the three-dimensional porous scaffold structure of kapok.?2?We use biomass-porousmaterial raw cotton as substrate,then assemble a layer of attapulgite crystals on its fiber surface for simultaneous removal of heavy metal ions and insoluble oil in water.Its underwater oil contact angle is 170?and It can realize the adsorption of many heavy metal ions in water by surface coordination and ion exchange.The material is a kind of biomaterial three-dimensional porous material with excellent performance.
