Research On The Risk Of Yunnan Chemical Companies' Trade Financing To Southeast Asian Countries

Yunnan chemical industry,as one of the pillar industries in Yunnan province,has made great contribution to the economic growth of Yunnan province.In recent years,with the progress of internationalization in our country,the chemical industry has a rising tide of the demand for money,but due to the complexity of chemical industrial structure,the unreasonable of trade structure,the inadequate strength of the national macroeconomic regulation and control,the financing risk of chemical industry is high,so the commercial Banks has strict control the financing scale of chemical industry in order to control the funding risk,so as to increase the burden and the financing cost of enterprises,finally hindered the sustainable development of chemical industry.This paper takes Yunnan YC Chemical Enterprise as an example to study the risks of Yunnan chemical enterprises' trade financing to southeast Asian countries.Through to identify the risk factors in the process of trade finance risk management of this enterprise,trade financing risk can be divided into 9 classes: credit risk,political risk,legal risk,financial risk,production risk,transport risk,market risk,environmental risk and self-liquidating risk,and on this basis to establish trade financing risk evaluation index system.Then used the Fuzzy Hierarchy Analytic Process to calculate,judge and analyze the index system.Through the example,this paper finally concluded that the Yunnan YC Enterprise have a medium level of risk of trade financing with southeast Asian countries,among them,environmental risk,political risk,transport risk and market risk have a higher risk level.This conclusion finally provide the basis to Yunnan chemical enterprises to choose the right way to reduce the risk of financing,to alleviate the pressure of the enterprise funds,to promote the foreign trade of Yunnan chemical enterprises and southeast Asian countries.
