| Copper is an important mineral resource in the world.Copper deposits can be associated with elements such as gold,silver and molybdenum.Its conductivity is second only to silver,so it is the most widely used as a conductive material.Nickel is a kind of silver-white metal,with good mechanical strength and ductility,strong resistance to acid and alkali,widely used in electronics,petrochemical,metallurgy,machinery,energy and other fields.The ore sample tested in this paper is a copper-nickel sulphide ore,and the test work was carried out based on the mine project.Large-scale integrated enterprises have a sound industrial chain,and they do not require high grades of copper and nickel.For small,single companies,they sell a single product,and demand high grades of copper-nickel ore(not less than 5%).The object of this study is a copper-nickel sulphide ore,which is mainly used for the recovery of copper and nickel minerals.The contents of copper and nickel in the ore are 1.45% and 2.8%,respectively.The metal minerals are mainly sulfides,and the chalcopyrite is mainly chalcopyrite and pyrrhotite,followed by the violet sulfur nickelite and nickel yellow.iron ore.Copper predominates in chalcopyrite,chalcopyrite and nickel pyrite are closely symbiotic,and some pyrite is embedded in pyrrhotite.Nickel is predominantly present in chromite and pentlandite.Based on a detailed understanding of the nature of ores,the exploration and testing process for preliminary determination of two rough sweeps for four sweeps was conducted by suppressing the chalcopyrite and pyrrhotite flotation to obtain a copper-nickel mixed concentrate.Firstly,sodium carbonate was used as an inhibitor,Ding Huang was used as a collector,and No.2 oil was used as a foaming agent.The copper-nickel grades in the test results were 3.39% and 5.64%,respectively,and the recoveries were 85.97% and 74.85%,respectively.The exploration and testing process was further optimized,and the process was changed to two rough elections.The sodium carbonate was changed to lime,and the inhibitory effect of lime was obvious.The copper-nickel concentrate grades were 3.66% and 6.24%,respectively.The recovery rates were 93.33% and 76.2%.Based on this test,grinding fineness tests were carried out to grind to below 60%,60%,70%,80% and 95% respectively,and90% below 400 mesh.In a comprehensive comparison,when the content of 200 meshes was 80%,the copper-nickel recovery effect was the best.The copper-nickelgrades were 3.64% and 5.95%,respectively,and the recoveries were 90.54% and74.94%,respectively.Because the recovery rate of nickel obtained from the previous tests is not satisfactory,it is envisaged whether activator can be added to activate a part of pyrrhotite and recover the associated nickel,thereby increasing the recovery rate of nickel.Copper sulfate and sodium sulfide are used as activators respectively.Tests,but the test results are not satisfactory,the recovery rate and grade of copper and nickel have not been significantly improved.In the selection of collector types,a large number of collectors for copper-nickel ore beneficiaries were extensively tested,including conventional butyl yellow,ethyl yellow,and butylamine black drugs.In addition,CO200 and MC-44 were used.Many collectors such as MC-37,MCO,Molyflo,KM219 and KM109 were tested.The amounts of 50g/t,75g/t,95g/t,and115g/t of these collectors were tested,and the results obtained were the most ideal for the comprehensive collection of Dinghuang.Among them,in the use of KM109,with the increase in the amount of drugs,copper and nickel grade and recovery have increased to varying degrees,in the amount of 115 g / t when the selection effect is similar to the small yellow,nickel recovery rate is slightly lower.With the increase of the amount of ethyl yellow,copper and nickel grades are reduced,and the recovery rate is increased,and satisfactory collection results cannot be obtained.When the dosage of CO200 and KM109 is the same as that of Dinghuang,the collection effect is due to other collectors under the same conditions,but the recovery rate is not as good as when using Dinghuang.In the further optimization tests,the quantities of Dinghuang and No.2 oil were further determined,and the best open-circuit test process was finally obtained.Two rough sweeping processes were used.The best process parameters were grinding fineness-200 mesh accounts for 80%.The lime dosage was 3000g/t,the amount of yellow was 95g/t,and the amount of oil No.2 was54g/t.The copper grade was 4.27%,the recovery rate was 91.32%,the nickel grade was 6.3%,and the recovery rate was 72.53%.Based on this open-circuit process,three selections were added,and a comparison was made between the addition of dextrin as an inhibitor and the addition of lime in the selected section.Finally,the concentrate index obtained in the lime flow selection process test was copper grade13.84.% and nickel grade 6%.In the closed-loop process,the selected segment of China Mine will return to the previous operation in turn.The final concentrate indexwas 6.88% copper concentrate grade,85.24% recovery rate,5.34% nickel concentrate grade,and 95.46% recovery rate.The surface oxidation of copper sulphide sulphide is also described in the paper.We know that the interruption of the internal particle of the crystal on the surface of the mineral forms a surface dangling bond on the surface of the atom.These dangling bonds are the reason for the activity of the mineral atoms on the surface of the mineral.Mineral surface oxidation is divided into different conditions,surface oxidation under natural conditions and surface oxidation in the presence of microorganisms.In the final analysis,they all discuss the important role of Fe3+ in surface oxidation of sulphide ore,and of course do not exclude the role of enzymes in the presence of microorganisms.Most scholars believe that the surface oxidation of sulfides is due to the role of Fe2+ and Fe3+ in the bridge of the whole process,while Fe3+ in turn oxidizes the sulphide ores to form elemental S,and elemental sulfur is the main cause of the sulphide minerals’ hydrophobicity.The important role of Fe3+ in the oxidation process has also been confirmed in numerous electrochemical studies of surface oxidation of sulphide ore.The innovation of this thesis is that the test procedure is short and the beneficiation index is good.Especially for the small single beneficiation companies,the shortening of the process has a great influence on the economic indicators of the beneficiation plant.The selection of pharmaceuticals is relatively common,and it will avoid the need for more manpower and material resources for the development,production and purchase of new pharmaceuticals.At the same time,an effective set of beneficiation process and pharmaceutical system for processing copper-nickel sulphide ore is obtained. |
