Coal is the main energy consumption in our country.China is also the largest producer of coal in the world.Group D,the largest coal distributor in China,is faced with many sales problems under the condition that the price of coal products continues to be low and the buyer's market demand shrinks,such as market saturation,incremental sales,customer arrears,more hardware facilities need to be improved etc.It's branch North China Company,as a sales subsidiary of D Sales Group,faces the same pressure.In this paper,the North China Company's coal sales strategy was studied in literature,case studies,and data statistics.According to the analysis of PEST and SWOT,D Group should take the following sales strategy: focus on the implementation of quality strategy,brand strategy,price strategy,promotion strategy and flexible talent market,and strive to build world-class coal clean energy suppliers with international competitiveness.In the quality strategy,the company should pay attention to deep processing and transformation of coal,enrich varieties,improve quality,and reduce production costs.In the brand strategy,to set up the brand,to establish a quality brand,in order to establish the brand of personalized service.In flexible pricing strategy,prices should be set in different regions and negotiated with key customers.In addition,the company must explore new sales channels,and note the application of new sales promotion measures.Channels,we should increase sales of e-commerce channels,tap the import and export channels,and actively explore the South sales channels.Promotion,to communicate through stakeholder relations promotion,directly reduces the sales price,promotion of barter.The research of this paper has certain reference significance for improving the sales status of North China Company,and it can also provide reference for other coal enterprises.
