| Black phosphorus has stable properties and excellent performance.This makes it has good applied prospects in the energy storage,catalysis,biomedicine,optoelectronics and other fields.Phosphorus chemical industry in China is facing the situation of upgrading and transformation.Study on the preparation and application of black phosphorus is significant to promote the development of black phosphorus and phosphorus chemical industry.This article started with the preparation of black phosphorus,studied the method of low-cost preparation of black phosphorus and the method of large-scale preparation of nano-black phosphorus.Lastly,the application of phosphorene-graphene composite materials in the field of lithium-ion batteries was studied.Developed a preparation method of high purity black phosphorus.Black phosphorus was prepared by atmospheric pressure mineralizer-assisted method,in which analyzed pure red phosphorus was raw material.The morphologies and structure of black phosphorus were analyzed by XRD,Raman and SEM.Results indicated that the black phosphorus was orthorhombic,good crystallinity,high purity,with a lamellar structure.The effects of mineralizer dosage and reactor size on the yield of black phosphorus were studied.Results indicated that mineralizer dosage and reactor size affected the yield of black phosphorus.At the same time,the growth mechanism of black phosphorus was studied.Nano-black phosphorus was prepared by high pressure homogenization.The morphology and structure of nano-black phosphorus were characterized by SEM,TEM,XRD and Raman spectroscopy.Results indicated that nano-black phosphorus prepared by high-pressure homogenization had high yied and good crystallinity.The method need short preparation time.The effect of drying method on the morphology of nano-black phosphorus was also studied.Results indicated that the direct freeze-drying obtained good stripping nano-black phosphorus.The effect of homogenization times on the stripping of nano-black phosphorus was further studied.The results showed that black phosphorus nanoplatelets can be obtained by homogenizing 20 times.There would be reunion after homogenizing 60 timesPhosphorene/graphene composites were prepared by high pressure homogenization.The morphology and structure of phosphorene/graphene composite material were characterized by SEM,TEM,XRD and Raman spectroscopy.The result showed that the obtained phosphorene/graphene composite had higher quality.At the same time,the electrochemical properties of the phosphorene/graphene composites were studied.The results show that the first reversible capacity was up to 1960 mAh g-1.It can effectively improved its cycle performance by adjusting the C/P. |
