With the development of the national economy,the resources of the metal mines have been continuously developed and consumed.The comprehensive exploitation and utilization of fine-grained,low-grade tin mines and fine-grained iron mines has become an important way to ensure the demand of the iron-tin mines in our country.Experimental ore from Tengchong iron-tin deposit.The structure and structure of the ore are complex,the grain size of the mineral embedded is small,the grade is low,and the carbon content and mud content of the ore are both high.In this paper,the ore as the research object,in view of the characteristics of fine-grained ore grade and low-grade ore,to explore its beneficiation process and pharmaceutical system,to solve the same type of iron-tin ore sorting has some guiding significance.The main useful elements in the ore are iron and tin,of which the Fe grade is 30.90%.The iron in the ore is mainly produced in the form of magnetite and maghemite,and a small amount is produced in the form of magnesia.Maghemite and part of the fineness of magnetite,maghemite less than 0.016 mm accounted for 65.85%,this part of the iron ore monomer dissociation difficult.At the same time into the iron ore concentrate of mafic Fe grade 44-55%;ore grade of 0.31% tin,tin is mainly produced in the form of cassiterite,cassiterite it-shaped semi-self,it Granular cassiterite and iron minerals symbiotic closely,often wrapped and even students,the particle size is also very small,less than 0.016 mm accounted for about 80.36%,resulting in this part of cassiterite difficult to dissociate and iron minerals,easy to enter the magnetic concentrate.Part of the larger particle size in the form of semi-self-shaped granular,often and gangue minerals symbiotic;gangue minerals are mainly dolomite,serpentine and other non-magnetic minerals;S ore content of 0.89% higher,mainly in the yellow iron Ore,chalcopyrite and sphalerite forms of output.No other elements of the value of recovery.The main factor that affects the sorting operation is that the iron-tin mineral has a fine grain size and low cassiterite.After conducting a comprehensive study of process mineralogy,the paper explored and tested the ore sorting process and determined the principle flow of "magnetic separation iron-medium ore regrinding-heavy float joint tin".On this basis,the conditions were tested to determine the best pharmaceutical system;after the open-circuit test,to determine the various stages of fine,sweep the number of times: first with two coarse and one fine magnetic iron,ironconcentrate after grinding twice Featured iron,magnetic separation tailings tailor-made shaker election tin,shaker tailings and secondary iron ore tailings after the merger with two crude and two refined fine grade cassiterite flotation.The closed-circuit test procedure finally obtained three products,of which the Fe grade was61.02%,the recovery rate was 76.34%,the Sn grade was 2.13% and the recovery rate was41.68% in the iron concentrate;...
