The joint structure of composite material and fastener will lead to stress concentration in the position of laminate hole under the load action,Which has an adverse effect on the overall strength of the composite.Access to relevant information,the fatigue life of laminates with the interference connection of the composite and fastener is better than that of the gap junction.The interference between the fastener and the composite has a great influence onthe stress concentration of the laminates.The optimal interference ratio of interference fit under the static load is 1.0%?1.4%.While,the optimum ratio of interference under the dynamic load is higher than that of static load.In view of the application of composite materials in a ground maneuver weapon system,the gap coordination and three kinds interference fit finite element models of composite laminates,metal plates and bolts on the basis of classical laminated plate theory is established.According to the strength failure criterion of composite laminates,the stress concentration of the model under the impact load is compared with the interference fit between the gap coordination and the three different interference ratio by professional finite element analysis software.The results show that the interference fit can effectively reduce the stress concentration at the opening position of the laminates compared with the clearance fit,and the stress concentration at the hole edge is minimized when the interference ratio is 1.4%.Aiming at the actual working conditions on the top of the composite material cartridge box under the impact load,the size and position of the load are determined.Establish the finite element model of the cartridge box with the interference ratio of 1.4%and carry outthe stress analysis.Finally,through simulation and test,the result show that the top of the cartridge box can withstand the impact load under normal condition.
