With the expansion of demand for injection products,the development prospect of plastic processing industry is broader which also opens wider space for the rapid growth of injection molding machine industry.However the research on injection molding machine in China is still in the initial stage.There are some problems in the injection molding machine,such as the leakage of the gear pump,the bubble of the product and so on.In view of the shortcomings of the existing injection molding system and the lack of research on the new injection system,a new type of V type screw type low pressure injection molding system is designed in this paper.The new system can effectively improve the uniformity of the melt,quantify the speed of injection,improve the heating efficiency and save the processing cost.The products of the system have high advantages in the price and performance of similar products and also have high social and economic benefits.A low pressure injection system for electromagnetic induction of V type screw is designed in this paper.The system has good plasticizing quality,high utilization rate of melt adhesive and high thermal efficiency.The overall structure of the system has been designed and the heating model has been built by using electromagnetic induction heating instead of the original resistance wire.The temperature uniformity is analyzed to effectively reduce the external disturbance and energy dissipation and improve the heating efficiency.The system uses a screw type injection to replace the gear pump.The melt model and extrusion model lave been established to analyze the uniformity of melt and the uniformity of extrusion which used to help control the injection rate and avoid leakage.In addition,an experimental software test system is set up to set and display the injection parameters such as injection temperature and pressure which can also improve the functions of fault alarm,saving recipes and remote diagnosis.The system has high security and good maneuverability.The V type screw type low pressure injection molding system has been obtained in this paper.The orthogonal test is designed to test the whole injection system and the quality repetitiveness and the fluctuation of system pressure under different process conditions are analyzed.The system can improve the uniformity of temperature,the uniformity of viscosity and the quality of products and a set of reference theory which can be applied to actual production is summarized.The experiment has proved the superiority of this system.The system can meet the requirements of factory production well and has a considerable application prospect.
