At present,the lack of theoretical and experimental research on rolling components of common technology has seriously hindered the development of domestic CNC machine tools,the preload and rigidity are two key techniques,which respectively reflect the dynamic characteristics and the ability to maintain accuracy.It is of great significance.Therefore,double nut preload ball screw pair and preload rolling linear guide pair are taken as the research object in this paper,the preload of the rolling components is deeply studied,which involves the proload theoretical modeling,experimental verification and correlation between preload and rigidity.This will lay the foundation for improving the key technical level of rolling components in our country.The following work has been carried out mainly:According to the contact deformation and stress analysis of rolling components,a theoretical model of preload of rolling components is established.Based on the friction torque test bench of ball screw pair and the friction test bench of rolling linear guide pair,the preload measurement scheme of rolling components is designed.The correctness of the theoretical model and the feasibility of the test scheme are verified through experiments.Based on the relationship between the preload and the rigidity of the rolling components,an associated model is established.On this basis,the influence of the preload on the rigidity of the rolling components.The research is helpful to master the core performance index of rolling functional and supports selection and adjustment of the rolling components.Combined with the actual working conditions,the influence of high load on the contact deformation of the pre-rolling components is analyzed.On this basis,the influence of high load on the rigidity of pre-rolling components is studied,and the method of solving the preload of rolling components by rigid curves is presented.The feasibility of the method is verified through experiments,a new idea for measuring the preload is provided.The evaluation of rolling components’ performance is carried out.The evaluation results of rolling components are analyzed from the aspects of preload,rigidity of loading/unloading and product consistency.At the same time,the correlation between the preload and the rigidity of the rolling components is verified,and the rigid level can be predicted preliminarily through the preload level of rolling components.
