As the background of the subject of the national science and technology major project"functional component test the generic technology research and capacity building(2016ZX04004007)",completed the research of ball screw nut raceway profile detection method based on the laser.By analyzing the current research status of ball raceway profile detection in domestic and foreign ball screw nuts,the test content is determined,the test scheme is established,the test scheme of the test scheme is completed,the structure design and measurement and control system of the test device is completed based on the measurement method hardware design.Firstly,the influence of raceway truncation error on contact angle,lead variation and friction moment of ball screw was analyzed by modeling theory.Secondly,the friction moment and noise were tested.Demonstrated the necessity of ball raceway profile detection.Laser-based non-contact ball screw nut raceway surface detection methods were proposed,including spectral confocal method,laser interferometry and laser triangulation method.According to the results of the verification test,it is determined that changing the laser triangular optical path through the prism is the best detection scheme.The error analysis and accuracy test of the inner raceway profile of ball nut in the laser triangulation method were carried out.By replacing the nut clamping device and the translation stage to reduce the eccentric error test bed to improve the accuracy.The nut raceway data collected from the experiment is used to eliminate outliers and perform least square fitting.Completed ball screw nut raceway profile detection device design,including structural design and hardware selection design.The structural design part includes the overall structure,the structural design of each branch and the structural design of the auxiliary parts,etc.The details of the parts of the bed,the nut clamping device,the gantry,the inner raceway measuring part,the outer diameter measuring part and the protection system are analyzed and calculated.Measurement and control part of the measurement system mainly includes the motion control module and data acquisition module design.
