Dust measure device is used to detect the concentration of dust in the surrounding environment. It has a very important position in daily life and industrial production.Nowadays, dust measure device is mainly used for atmospheric dust detection, but dust detection for high-concentration environment is still missing.Dust measure device for high-concentration environment requires a wide range of measurement,real-time,anti-dust pollution ability and so on.This paper focuses on the development of large-range dust measure device, and analyze factors that affect the performance of the dust measure device from three aspects of light path, gas flow, circuit.Through effect factors and experimental verification,a design scheme of large-range dust measure device is proposed. The electrical sensing system adopts semiconductor laser light source and beam shaping in the light path, which greatly improves the uniformity and intensity of the light sensitive area. The gas flow adopts an automatic flow regulating system to ensure the stability of the dust meter for a long time and a gas shield system to provide anti-pollution ability.Signal acquisition and processing system through the multi-channel integrator and accuracy compensation system to provide the adequate measurement range and ensure the accuracy and stability of the measurement results.According to the national standard of large concentration dust instrument, two tests from the atmospheric environment, high concentrations of dust environment is set.The measurement error of the device can be within ±15%compared with the standard device. The result of 24 hours zero stability test can be ±0.002mg/m3.All the test results are required the national standards.
