Research On The Construction Of Ecological Recreation Opportunity Spectrum Based On Recreation Suitability

The Recreation Opportunity Spectrum(ROS)is a method that characterizing the support of the environment for recreational activities.Besides,setting an indicator system for recreational activity suitability and based on this,determining the recreational activities suitability in different environments is the key problem to be solved in constructing recreational opportunities spectrum.Nyingchi has the reputation of "Tibet Jiangnan".Its natural endowments are unique and superior,and the ecological environment is very typical.The paper takes Nyingchi as a case,sorting out related concepts,theories and research status firstly,then taking the ecosystem health as the threshold,and excavating and evaluating the potential of eco-tourism resources simultaneously,obtaining the pattern of recreational suitability in various counties(districts)of Nyingchi,In order to determine the development level and development sequence of recreational activities in each region,and construct a series of recreation opportunity pedigrees for each ecologically suitable types of Nyingchi.The purpose of doing this is to guide visitors to carry out recreational activities that meet their own needs at suitable tourist sites.The conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)As to the health of ecosystem,among 7 counties(districts)in Nyingchi City,Milin County belongs to the high level ecosystem health area,Gongbujiangda County,Lang County,Bomi County and Motuo County belong to the medium level ecosystem health area,and Chayu County,Bayi District belong to the low level ecosystem health area.(2)The development potential of ecotourism resources in different counties is quite different.Bayi District belongs to the ecological tourism resources high potential area,Gongbujiangda County,Milin County and Bomi County belong to the middle potential area,and Lang County,Motuo County,Chayu County belong to the low potential area.(3)The types of recreational suitability in Nyingchi can be divided into 4 categories.Among them,Lang County,Motuo County,Chayu County belong to class Ⅰ,Bayi District belongs to class Ⅱ,Gongbujiangda County,Bomi County belong to class Ⅲ,Milin County belongs to type IV,and each category corresponds to the corresponding types and grades of ecological recreation activities.(4)If the recreational suitability belongs to type Ⅰ,the corresponding level of ecological recreation activities will be first-degree,which is more suitable for developing recreational activities that do not affect the environment.If the recreational suitability belong to the class Ⅱ and Ⅲ,the corresponding level of ecological recreation activities will be second-degree,whose development of recreational activities has a certain impact on the environment,but not consumption.If the recreational suitability belongs to class Ⅳ,the corresponding ecological recreation activities will be third-degree,whose restrictions on various recreational activities are relatively loose.Through the comprehensive determination,there are 30 types of recreational opportunities in 7 counties(districts)in Nyingchi.It is expected that the research done in this paper can enrich the contemporary recreation theory and recreation development framework,and provide reference for the health management and orderly development of the important ecotourism areas in the western region of Nyingchi,and provide practical lessons for the rational development of other ecotourism recreation activities.
