"Jinan city circle" is facing the pressure of the air quality standard,in this article,through analysis and contrast "Jinan city circle" air quality in recent years,the main source of air pollutant discharge and industry structure,combined with the regional air quality model of quantitative analysis of the pollution sources,three aspects of research,discussion of "Jinan city circle" air quality improvement path,in order to have targeted emissions reduction strategies and measures to provide technical basis.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The comparison and analysis of "Jinan city circle" cities,main city of Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region and developed countries on behalf of the city,the results show that the "Jinan city circle"urban agglomeration of PM2.5 concentrations present steady downward trend;By 2017,all cities are close to 60 ?g/m3,of which the concentration of jinan is 65 ?g/m3.The pollution levels of PM2.5 in major cities in the beijing-tianjin-hebei region are at roughly the same level.There is still a gap between the current level of PM2.5 concentration and the national level 2 standard(35?g/m3),which is far greater than the World Health Organization's recommendation(10 ?g/m3).At present,the representative cities of developed countries,such as New York City and Los Angeles,have reached or close to the recommendations of the world health organization.It can be seen that,although the current pollution control shows remarkable results,there is still a large gap between the goal of complete improvement of air quality and the pollution treatment still needs to be further carried out.2.Through comparing the circle of "Jinan city" from city to city,the main city of Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region,as well as the representative cities in developed countries of the main atmospheric pollutants emissions and industry structure,analysis shows that "Jinan city circle" city and the city of beijing-tianjin-hebei region of main pollutant emissions are more than ten thousand tons,is running ahead of New York City,the city of Los Angeles emissions of developed countries such as representative city,2 to 3 orders of magnitude difference.Visible,its own emissions is still the main factors of "Jinan city circle" pollution,emissions and jinan city circle,industry structure and the representative cities in developed countries,a completely different one,"Jinan city circle" emissions contribution to the larger industries,such as steel,dust source,chemical industry and coal combustion,such as the representative cities in the developed world does not exist,can be considered as priority industry to reduce emissions.3.The use of regional air quality model combined with particle source tracer technology(PS AT)to calculate the "Jinan city circle" city each season PM2.5 source contribution to the status,the results show that the "Jinan city circle" cities local emissions of PM2.5 pollution contribution accounts for about half of each city in the urban agglomeration mutual contribution within 13%,the contribution of urban agglomeration outside,eastern and contribution of up to 20%of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,southern shandong region influence on no more than 17%;Source contribution in the zone of PM2.5 seasons,the summer local emissions contribute up to 67%,in eastern contribution is higher than the average for the whole year,at 25%,winter comes from the contribution of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as high as 24%.Jinan PM2.5 pollution about half from their own emissions,from jinan city circle,the contribution of other cities is 27%,and the contribution of the whole metropolitan circle in total account for about three-quarters of regional transport of pollutants in Jinan PM2.5 concentration contributes about a quarter.4.Using the model to simulate-source parse fact fusion monitoring technique to calculate the local industry emissions "Jinan city circle" cities of PM2.5 pollution contribution,the results show that the whole metropolitan circle,industrial boiler,steel,civil coal powder,dust source,automobile,metallurgy,chemical industry and building materials industry within the simulation time on PM2.5 contribution "Jinan city circle" cities;In autumn,straw burning can contribute up to 15%of PM2.5,and the coal burning in winter can contribute up to 48%of PM2.5.Jinan emissions,dust source,motor vehicles,industrial boiler and burning is the main industry of PM2.5 by the life source of contributions are 38%,16%,15%and 38%respectively,should become the focus of jinan control PM2.5 pollution.5.Based on the analysis of air quality situation and the status quo of the source of emissions,as well as the source analysis results,based on regional air quality model is put forward in view of the long-term "Jinan city circle" of urban air quality improvement paths are as follows:"Jinan city circle" mutual contribution significantly among the cities and the surrounding area of city circle city there is also a contribution,as a result,the scope of city circle and the surrounding area level "zone spreading",is the premise to drastically reduce air pollution.At present,in the case of "Jinan city circle" city,contribution to PM2.5 larger industries:industrial boiler,steel,dust source,chemical industry,metallurgy,building materials industry and automobile industry,priority should be given to the reduction of the industry;Straw burning in autumn and coal burning in winter have contributed significantly to PM2.5 pollution,which is the focus of pollution prevention and control in autumn and winter.
