Fluorescent probes can be used in the research of biological sciences and new drugs,clinical disease diagnosis,etc.,since it has high sensitivity,low cost advantages,has so far have been applied in every field of life.Nitric oxide?NO?is an important messenger molecules of gases,it participates in the regulation of a large number of physiological activities,play a key role in biology.Research shows that nitric oxide have a close relationship with many human diseases such as cardiovascular,diabetes and so on.Therefore,nitric oxide research in the field of medicine has important significance.We designed and synthesized a fluorescent probe based on rhodamine,for the detection of nitric oxide.In the solvent system CH3CH2OH:PBS=1:99,pH=7.4,the probe can recognize nitric oxide,and release strong red fluorescence at 595 nm.The probe also successfully used in the cells and nematodes fluorescence imaging experiments.DT-diaphorase?DTD?is a cytosolic flavoprotein widely distributed and ubiquitously present in all of the tissues of nearly all animal species.DTD is generally regarded as a protective enzyme.On the other hand,DTD is overexpressed in many cancerous tissues compared to normal tissue.The diaphorase-probe can be used for testing or treatment of cance.Experiment showed that the probe can dectection the DTD selectively and sensitively after adding NADH.The probe successfully used in the Hi-5 cells fluorescence imaging experiments.
