Lycium ruthenicum Murr also known as black Chinese wolfberry,which is a kind of medicine edible health food.At present the study of fruit mainly concentrated in the fruit section,but leaves reported rarely,it’s realistic and scientific significant to expand the research direction and depth to leaves.Tea of Lycium ruthenicum Murr leaves ia used as the material in this research and its nutrition and active ingredients are tested.By including three different doses of black Chinese wolfberry leaf tea extract dietary interventions on the high-fat diet rats,rats blood lipid and HSL,SOD,gsh-px and CAT mRNA expression,from the molecular level analysis and understanding of black Chinese wolfberry leaf tea extract the mechanism of adjusting Lipid.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The comprehensive analysis of three different producing area of black Chinese wolfberry leaf tea and Chinese wolfberry leaf tea and significant difference comparison,four groups can be drawn in the control group,the black Chinese wolfberry leaf tea production in qinghai,the active ingredient content is more abundant.(2)Respectively for diferent storage time in qinghai produce black Chinese wolfberry leaf tea samples were determined,the analysis of the effect of storage time on tea quality ingredients.Results show that in addition to the Vc,the quality composition change is relatively stable,that black Chinese wolfberry leaf tea in the determination of time stored at room temperature,dry environment quality component content remain basically stable.(3)Different bubble conditions have different effects on the dissolution and oxidation resistance of each component;Correlation analysis showed that:total phenol in the fluid,the dissolubility of flavone,soluble total sugar and brewing liquid clearing DPPH free radical ability doesn’t present very close correlation,it shows that brewed liquid antioxidant capacity is not entirely by the above three kinds of dissolution composition.(4)The extracts of black wolfberry leaf tea and Chinese wolfberry leaf tea have good antioxidant activity,and in general,the antioxidant activity of black medlar leaf tea is stronger than that of Chinese wolfberry leaf tea extract.(5)the high dose of black wolfberry leaf tea extract has a limited fat reduction effect on weight loss,but the low-dose effect is not good.(6)Compared with the control group,the liver of rats in the other groups had different degrees of pathological changes,among which the liver tissues of the high-fat group were compared with the other four groups,and their lesions were significantly higher.(7)Black Chinese wolfberry leaf tea extracts can effectively reduce rat liver index and index,body fat and blood sugar caused by high-fat diet,TC,TG,LDL-C rise to obvious inhibitory effect,but also can reduce to promote the formation of oxide,reduce the body of the oxidative stress reaction.(8)Black Chinese wolfberry leaf tea extract intervention group rats appeared different degree fatty degeneration of liver tissue cells hepatocyte steatosis degree for:fatty group>high dosage group>middle dose group>low dose group.This indicates that the extract of black wolfberry leaf tea has a certain effect on the damage of liver morphological structure of rat liver caused by high fat diet.(9)Black Chinese wolfberry leaf tea extract on rats in the organization an HSL mRNA,SOD mRNA,gsh-px mRNA and the experimental results show that the influence of CAT mRNA expression,black Chinese wolfberry leaf tea extracts can improve the rat liver,fat different level an HSL mRNA,SOD mRNA,GSH-PX mRNA and CAT mRNA expression.An HSL mRNA expression and closely related to lipid metabolism,an HSL higher mRNA expression and protein expression quantity increased,the activity,the decomposition of fat,so as to accelerate the decomposition of fat metabolism,reduce blood lipid level,increase the activity of antioxidant enzymes and enhance the strength of scavenging free radicals in the body and reduce the lipid peroxide,alleviate the lipid metabolism disorder,it could also be one of black Chinese wolfberry leaf tea extract hypolipidemic mechanism.
