The final state of open-pit mining is usually determined by analogy empirical method,which is only based on experience and has great blindness and no definite scientific basis.In order to more scientifically determine the final state of the VI orebody of Kumar Bauxite,in order to make it economical and safe for production and exploitation,this paper makes a geological survey of the various strata in the range of the orebody from the view of the geological conditions of the mine,and obtains the average tensile and compressive strength of the VI ore body by the method of laboratory experiment,and estimates the reserves,It provides the basis for the determination of the final mining realm,optimizes the optimal final slope angle and the mining depth with the help of 3DMine and Design-expert software,and finally check it by flac3d numerical value.The work done and the main conclusions obtained are as follows:(1)To investigate the occurrence conditions and hydrological and engineering geological conditions of the VI orebody of the Kumar bauxite deposit,and to determine that the ? ore body is of a lamellar shape,a lenticular shape,a 202m orebody along the direction of length,a width of 112m along the incline,a 0.90m?4.83m of ore thickness and an average 2.53m.a/s2.6?3.0,average 2.9.Ore bodies tend to north-west,Dip 10°?20°.The ore body buried deep 23.06m?59.46m,the occurrence elevation +327.34m?+380.40m,the water rich in the mining area is poor,the groundwater recharge condition is the arid water shortage area.(2)to the area within the scope of the ore bodies for the reserve estimate,now reserves of resources,(111b)class 101,800 tons,(122b)class 407700 tons,(333)class 795,500 tons.(3)based on the 3Dmine numerical software,this paper establishes the three-dimensional mining model of the ? orebody,calculates the economic reasonable stripping ratio of the orebody according to the empirical formula,and responds to the different mining depth and slope angle with the help of Design-expert,and takes the safety factor and stripping ratio as the limiting condition,Get the best mining depth of 420 meters,the most reasonable final boundary slope angle of 48°.(4)The rock mechanics parameters of VI ore body in Kumar opencast mine are obtained through laboratory rock Mechanics experiment,among them,the average compressive strength of the two Permian Shanxi group is 4.05MPa,the average compressive strength of Upper Carboniferous Taiyuan Group is 4.83MPa,the average compressive strength of Upper Carboniferous Taiyuan Group is 5.54MPa,The average compressive strength of the Cambrian Gushan Group is 4.17MPa;the internal frictional angle of the cohesive force in the stratum is 63.2KPa,18.5°,and the internal frictional angle of the cohesive force in the Permian Shanxi Group is 263.1KPa,35.2°,Upper Carboniferous Taiyuan Group,respectively,the internal frictional angle of the cohesion is 318.8KPa,The internal frictional angle of the cohesive force in the 38.5° and Upper Carboniferous Taiyuan Group was 289.5KPa,30.6° and Cambrian Group,respectively,the friction angle was 321KPa and 38.7°.(5)The effect of SURPAC,Ansys and flac3d on the slope caused by mining of VI orebody in opencast mine is analyzed numerically,and the result shows:x=150 section,Y-direction maximum stress is 37.639 KPa,located at the top of the slope,the left slope y-direction of the largest displacement of 0.46804mm,located at the top of the slope,the right slope y-direction of the largest displacement of 0.3977mm,located at the top of the slope.The y= 100 section,the x direction maximum stress is 50KPa,is located at the slope top,the left slope x direction biggest displacement is the 0.32305mm,is located at the slope top,the right slope x direction biggest displacement is the 0.2736mm,is located at the slope top,the plastic-free zone.On the whole,there is no danger to the slope,and finally the slope is stable,which is feasible by the final dew mining state.
