Research On The Curing And Treatment Of Waste Drilling Fluid By Organic Curing Agent

Oil based mud and water based mud are the two types of mud commonly used in oil field.Both of them are polynomial gel suspension system which contains a large number of contaminants.The mud without decontamination treatment will endanger the environment.Solidification process is considered as an easy and effective way for waste drilling mud treatment.But dust and noxious gas,which is harmful to human and environment,are unavoidable in the process of conventional solidification treatment,curing product also will expand in volume and take massive land resource.So here we are trying to find optimum organic curing agent and optimize treatment process to reduce the impact on environment.Choosing coagulation treatment as the preprocess measure.The dosage of coagulant is 3.6 kg/m3 PAC and 0.038kg/m3 PAM.The study developed 2 organic curing agents which named HY-1(E44:0.6 polyamide resin 650:0.25 loam)and NQ-1(urea resin:0.012 Al2(SO4)3:0.25 wood flour).Meanwhile,the study developed a inorganic solidification agent which named SN-1(portland cement:0.33 sand:0.33 loam).The experiments are taken based on the three types of agents:(1)the dosage of HY-1 is 3?3.5%,costing 1360 RMB per ton,and lixivium matches the need of 3 class in wastewater discharge standard.The tensile strength could up to 0.5?1.5 MPa.In this method,E44 and Polyamide resin 650 are used in mixing process and yellow soil is followed after that.the optimum mixing time is 15?20 min,optimum tempreture is 60?.(2)The dosage of NQ-1 is 6?6.5%,costing 120 RMB per ton,and lixivium matches the need of 1 class.In this method,liquid agent is used for the OBM and solid agent is used for WBM.A mixture of aluminum sulfate and urea resin is added into mud,and also wood flour is used after fully mixing.The optium mixing time is 15 min(3)The dosage of SN-1 is 50%,costing 197 RMB per ton,lixivium matches the need of 1 class.The organic curing agent NQ-1 has a better results and lower price compared with SN-1,and urea resin is a effective agent to reduce dust.This paper only provides a solution under laboratory conditions,and further research and experiment is needed.
