At present,in the oil industry,in order to improve the recovery efficiency,need for water injection formation.Single layer water injection can not meet the actual needs of the field,it is easy to cause disorder between the layers,penetrate phenomenon,generally uses the layered water injection process now.However,layered water injection string stress deformation,easy cause string twist,the phenomenon of large deformation,even failure,so the mechanics analysis of the injection string with a certain necessity.In this paper,the research train of thought:first,to take control of the mechanical analysis.The trajectory is divided into three sections-vertical segments,segment and steady ramp whipstock section,respectively,of the three segments and deformation mechanics analysis to derive a formula to calculate each segment force and deformation.To analyze the results of the mechanical deformation and the formula is more versatile,to consider the change in diameter of the column when the mechanical analysis;different diameters,material properties(density,modulus of elasticity)of the type column,the type of mechanical analysis.Therefore,changes in diameter of the need to set a node in the segment based on the position determination node,and then calculating the properties of the same node between the force and deformation of the pipe and the node node,different sections can be called were analyzed to obtain force and deformation of each node mechanics formulas.Using the node method,the column can be any combination of the change,the column is not affected by changes in the diameter can be calculated even 20 kinds 10 kinds of combination of column diameter,which will significantly enhance the computational efficiency of the designer.Finally,based on the theoretical derivation,through visual studio 2010 software into its preparation,and the intensity of checking and risk warning.The results indicate that the data with the actual measured results calculated by the software to meet the design requirements,the maximum error does not exceed 10%.These results indicate that the accuracy of the mechanical deformation analysis results and formulas of this article,has a certain reference value,to meet the requirements to meet the actual needs of the project.
