Pt/C catalysts are used in proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFC),which exhibit many disadvantages,such as support corrosion,Pt nanoparticles poisoning,etc,which can not meet the commercial requirements for the performance and the cost.In this paper,we study that Pt/CNTs Pt/CeO2/CNTs,PtCu/CNTs and PtCu/CeO2/CNTs catalysts are prepared by microwave glycol.Electrocatalytic activities of these catalysts for formic acid,methanol and ethanol are examined.The influence of the value of pH and microwave power in the catalyst of Pt/CNTs for Pt particle size are tested.The pH value of 10 and the microwave power of 520 W showed the highest electrocatalytic activity.The effect of the value of CeO2 content,calcinated temperature for formic acid,methanol and ethanol electrocatalytic oxidization for Pt/CeO2/CNTs.Characterize results of XRD and TEM show that CeO2 coexist with Pt,which promote Pt dispersion and small particles,and increase site of reactive of catalytic activity.XPS show that the content of oxidation and improve Pt resistance to CO poisoning.Pt/CeO2 mass ratio of 1/3,calcinated temperature 400 ? for formic acid,methanol,and ethanol catalytic activity is higher.The influence of the content of Cu,and calcinated temperature of PtCu/CNTs catalyst for formic acid,methanol,ethanol electrocatalytic oxidization.XRD results show that PtCu alloying exist diorder alloy.TEM and XRD show that PtCu/CNTs catalyst particle size smaller than Pt/CNTs catalyst for catalytic reactions,which improved more active site.Low temperature can promote active.Pt/Cu atoms with 1/1.5 for formic acid,methanol and ethanol active is enhancedIn addition,the influence of the content of CeO2 and calcinated temperature on PtCu/CeO2/CNTs for the performance of electrocatalytic oxidization is discussed.XRD results show catalyst particle size small,which suggests that CeO2 enhanced catalyst dispersion,decrease of Pt-Pt spacing can improve the PtCu/CeO2/CNTs catalyst oxygen reduction ability.PtCu/CeO2 mass ratio of 1/1,calcinated temperature 200 ?,formic acid,methanol and ethanol electrocatalytic oxidative activity is more ideal.
