The features of pharmaceutical wastewater include pollutants are complicated,poor biodegradability,higher levels of refractory material.The traditional approach is not effective;it may cause secondary pollution.Therefore,it is very important to how environmentally friendly and effective treatment of pharmaceutical waste in the actual project.The features of electro-catalytic advanced oxidation include simple operation,environmental compatibility and high efficiency.But the single water treatment technology is difficult to ensure water quality reach the national standard,so using a variety of methods combined process has broad prospects for development.Meanwhile,the research method of preparation is simple,low energy consumption,good stability;electrode materials also have practical significance.In this paper,Nano-G/foam-Ni electrodes were prepared by impregnation method and brushing method.The electrodes are preferably prepared according to the different conditions.The results show that Nano-G/foam-Ni electrode is the best electrodes are prepared by brushing method.Operating conditions and the electrolysis reaction of conditions is preferably used optimum electrode.The results showed that circulating electrolysis apparatus with diaphragm,which is the middle of the inlet ends of the water,a common loop anode and cathode reaction chamber,Nano-G/foam-Ni electrode as cathode,ruthenium titanium coating electrode is an anode,phenol concentration is100mg/L,the electrode spacing is 4cm,the current density of 39mA/cm2,Na2SO4concentration is 0.05mg/L,the electrolysis 1L phenol solution,phenol degradation rate of 30.11%after 4h.When adding 1g/L NaCl or pass into 2g/h O3,degradation rate of phenol were 90.61%and 100%by Cl-or O3 collaborative electro-catalytic advanced oxidation technology.Three kinds of treatment technology of antibiotics pharmaceutical wastewater,COD,BOD5 and NH3-N has decreased significantly after 6h,the removal rate are 42.36%,16.53%and 71.08%.The B/C is 0.36 and meet the requirements of the biological treatment.
