| Quality is the life of enterprise,especially in the manufacturing business,production quality control is the most important part.To control product quality well,is to control the future of the enterprise.Therefore,it is always a hot point to do research in the quality control method of manufacturing.Traditional quality control method use the Total Quality Management(TQM)as a representative,which usually using the PDCA cycle as the main means,and using the full participation in quality management,all process quality management and comprehensive quality management as the core concept.It is get a good practice in a large number of companies,and largely enhance the company’s quality management.But in this quality system,quality analysis is often later then quality problems occurred,while a large number of bad products have been made.Then comes research,analysis to identify the reasons,development of improved measures,adjusting the production process,in order to avoid the follow-quality problems.But now the market competition has intensified,a quality accident could lead directly to business failures.it gradually becomes a hot direction of research that How to improve the quality analyzing means,change the analysis after accident into online diagnosis,change the adjustment after accident to online control.The Development of information technology in modern society brought us a era of information explosion.Particularly the use and promotion of networking technology make we created a large amount of data every time of Enterprise.Most manufacturers have already completed the construction of MES and ERP and other information systems,and accumulated a lot of production and quality data.These data reflect the true quality of the product,and a large number of data records of all kinds of factors that affect product quality.Because of the development of the technology of the Internet of things,we can collect more data that belong to the factors affecting to production quality more comprehensive,more real,more accurate.The development of big data and cloud computing technology has given us faster and more practical methods of data analysis of Enterprise.Because of the improvement of the completeness of the data,accuracy and efficiency of the data analysis,we can apply the results of data analyzing to on-line production system to achieve the goal of real-time acquisition of the production process,real-time analysis,real-time diagnostics,dynamic control and adjustment.Then we can accomplish that using online quality control,reduce nonconforming products,improve the quality of management.In this article we will do some research in how to optimize and improve the quality management system.We will recognize various factors that affect to product quality,collect product quality data from the enterprise information automation system through collection information system.If the original system does not have the data,we will set new collection points by increasing new sensors,to collect the quality data as comprehensive as possible.Establish quality data warehouse,grab quality data from various systems,using data validation,cleansing,aggregation,modeling,data mining techniques,to establish an online prediction model.We will use the model to predict the quality of the products through the data which get from raw material quality and production processes.And then we will discover product failure risks before accident,adjust the production process online,to avoid substandard goods output. |
