| As the field development wells deteriorate increasingly during the field exploitation,the workover operations are becoming more and more popular.Sticking accidents in the process of workover make the operation efficiency lower,the costs more and the worst will scrap well sections even the whole well.Therefore,the real-time monitoring and prediction of drilling accident which can avoid the accident of the drilling and the derivative accident in the process of repairing well is very important for the safety and high-speed of workover operation.At present,the sticking warning researches at home and abroad are mainly concentrated in the drilling process.Generally,comprehensive logging instruments are used to collect multiple parameters to predict drill pipe sticking in the drilling process.However,they lack practical value for workover operation because of theirs complex structure and high logging costs.Therefore,based on the study of workover sticking mechanism and the existed drilling parameter monitor in author’s laboratory,it proposes to design and develop a set of workover sticking intelligent early warning system in this paper which integrates the function of collection and early warning together.And several main results obtained in the following areas:1.A set of workover sticking intelligent early warning system has been developed and it achieved the real-time data acquisition with the existed drilling parameter monitor in lab and supporting data acquisition.Also,the system completed the real-time monitoring and prediction of the sticking accidents in the process of workove,effectively avoiding sticking accidents occured in the workover process and ensuring the well workover safe and fast.2.Through the study of the workover sticking mechanism in the process of workover,the characterized phenomenon and rules of sticking accidents were summed and also the monitoring parameters were.Meanwhile,overall technical program of the workover sticking intelligent early warning system was proposed.3.Based on the identified technical program of the workover sticking intelligent early warning system,a workover sticking intelligent early warning model in view of time series was built by Matlab toolbox,and it provides theory basis for workover sticking accidents intelligent early warning.4.A method was posed which realizied the real-time and accurate measurement of standard length of tubing into the well of the workover sticking intelligent early warning model.It combined drawworks sensor with laser Doppler tubing length real-time measurement system together,and the hardware,software design of the latter were finished.All these work laid the foundation to establish a smart accurate workover forecasting model.5.According to the parameters demands of the workover sticking intelligent early warning system and precision measurement requirements of length of tubing into the well,supporting data acquisition system was designed and developed based on the laboratory’s drilling parameter monitor.It provided real-time data support for the workover sticking intelligent early warning system.6.Based on the established workover sticking intelligent early warning model,overall architecture design of workover sticking intelligent early warning system was done.Furthermore the software system developed by SQL Server 2008 database platform and C#language was completed.Field application test shows that the workover sticking intelligent early warning system in this thesis runs well and stable,and the early warning results are relatively accurate.At the same time,laser Doppler tubing length real-time measurement system is tested in the laboratory,and the results are accurate. |
