| With natural gas becoming increasingly important in the national energy structure and in the national economy as a whole,the pipeline transport of natural gas is more and more important.In China,liquid hydrocarbons are not allowed in the transportation process of transportation.At present,the detection of hydrocarbon is mainly based on national standards with eyes for detecting hydrocarbon dew point,but with the development of science and technology,research and development of new measuring instruments that meet current needs becomes inevitable,which is also of great significance to the development of the hydrocarbon dew point detection technique.Based on the extensive research of domestic and foreign natural gas hydrocarbon dew point measurement and national standards for the determination of natural gas hydrocarbon dew point cooling mirror,this article presented a design of automatic measurement of natural gas hydrocarbon dew point,determined the overall scheme of automatic measuring system of natural gas hydrocarbon dew point and the hardware and software design,and completed its experimental pressure chamber design,processing completed the principle diagram of the circuit of temperature sensors,cooling devices,microcontroller,hardware selection and schematic circuit design.Using C language and MATLAB,completed the measurement system software.Using camera-combined digital image processing technology,completed the capture of the hydrocarbon dew point.Using MATLAB-GUI,designed PC to facilitate its communication with MCU.Finally using the hydrocarbon dew point of gas automatic measuring device for the confirmatory test,completed the data analysis and debugging of hardware and software,reached the design index.Through confirmatory experiments on the devices,this thesis shows that the automatic detection device of hydrocarbon dew point of natural gas is correct and reasonably structured,realized natural gas dew point measurement automation.This system has a certain degree of practicality and the prospect looks bright.Now it is currently in the process of application for a patent. |
