Research On The Technology Of Modified Resin Sand Control Supporting System

This paper first summarized the hazards of sand production during the Oil&Gas Field production.and illustrated the common reason and mechanism of sand production in detail,understanding the sanding prediction method of Oil&Gas Field,Introduced the commonly used methods of sand control at present,and the article gives a detailed introduction of the resin solution sand prevention and sand control of artificial well wall belong to he chemical sand control.The selection of sand control technology and the factors influencing the sand control effect are discussed.Analyzed the development trend of chemical sand control,a modified resin was synthesized in this research subject which could reduce the damage to the environment.,excellent performance,economic and feasible.After a series of formula design of sand control system,this experiment adopted the melamine modified urea formaldehyde resin.Through optimized the synthesis conditions such as temperature,pH,reaction time and other factors,at last,a modified resin that has suitable viscosity,low free formaldehyde content and longer stored life was synthesized.Two kinds of chemical sand control systems are studied with the resin as the main:resin solution sand prevention and artificial well wall resin sand prevention.And has carried on a series of evaluation to them.The results showed that the compressive strength and flexural strength of the modified resin were high,and the medium resistance is strong.In view of different well conditions,the article adopted two kinds of resin sand control methods:The resin solution sand fixing method and the artificial borehole wall sand fixing method.Sand prevention formula can be adjusted by optimizating the dosage of auxiliary according to the construction condition,and a series of indoor simulation evaluation is carried out.And on the solubility and medium resistance and a series of evaluation,found that the modified resin high compressive strength,bending strength,medium resistance is strong.Resin solution sand prevention and artificial well wall resin sand preventionIn the end,the process design of the two kinds of sand control methods are carried out,and the resin solution sand control construction is carried out in the 9 wells of Qinghai oil field.
