With the rapid development of petrochemical industry,demand for group composition analysis of crude oil is increasing.In order to provide a sample for the group component analysis,operator need to carry out a large number of group components separation experiments,but a variety of toxic and harmful chemical reagents used in the experimental process affects the health of the operator.The accuracy of the experiment depends largely on the experience of the operator,so it is very important to realize the automation and standardization of the crude oil group components separation experiments.On the basis of investigation and according to the actual demand of crude oil components separation experiment,this paper introduces an overall design scheme of crude oil group components separation system based on the droplet image processing.And the hardware and software of the system are analyzed and designed in detail.The hardware part includes the liquid injection subsystem and the liquid separation subsystem.Liquid injection subsystem achieve the function of extraction and injection with linear module of step motor,syringe,solenoid valve,limit switch,liquid storage bottle,etc.Liquid separation subsystem using the UV excitation fluorescent effect of light aromatic hydrocarbon,and CCD camera is used to collect the image of the liquid drop.The image is processed by the host computer to judge aromatic hydrocarbon was leached out time and the end time leaching of aromatic hydrocarbons,and automatic driving liquid collecting bottle turntable rotation.Therefore,each component is dropped into the corresponding liquid collecting bottle.The system hardware circuit uses STM32 as the main control chip,and the communication circuit and the driving circuit of each module are designed in detail.The software part uses the library function development model to complete the program design of the system,and using MATLAB as host computer.The design of the main control system and man-machine interface system of the program realize the linkage between the upper computer and the lower computer.According to the design of the processing and assembly,build a system experimental platform.And on this platform,the related research of image processing algorithm is carried out.Based on the collected data,the droplet profile feature parameters and the droplet color feature parameters were extracted and analyzed,and to reduce the dimensionality of feature parameters by using PCA method.According to the main components of the reduced dimension,the component of the oil droplets can be identified and analyzed.The performance of the system was tested by the configuration of the experimental sample solution,and verify the feasibility and correctness of the method.In this paper,the prototype theory of the crude oil component separation system is correct,reasonable structure,and can overcome the artificial error,can ensure the safety of the experimental operator.The system has a certain practicality.The results of this study will provide reference for further research on the separation of crude oil group.At present,the research is applying for national invention patent. |
