Anthraquinones isolated from Shiraiabambusicola P.Henn.are natural pigments.Currently,the yield of anthraquinones isolated from Shiraia bambusicola P.Henn cannot meet the requirements of industrial production.Therefore,this paper intends to optimize the liquid fermentation conditions of three types of fungus from the fruiting bodies of Shiraia bambusicola P.Henn.to increase the production of anthraquinones.The purpose of the study is to solve a set of fermentation process and to provide the probability for the technology.This paper selected the single factor experiment to screen out the best carbon source,nitrogen source,trace mimeral elements,growth factors,shaking speed through,which the content of the fermentation broth of anthraquinones was used as the detection index.On this basis,the culture medium recipe was optimized by the orthogonal test in seven factors and four levels.Then the optimal medium recipe and culture conditions were determined.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The best culture medium recipe of Sarocladium strictum CA011 was:the best carbon source is soft white sugar,the best nitrogen source is urea,the most suitable added mineral element is H3BO3,the optimum growth factor and its concentration is 10μg/100mL VB1,the optimum initial pH is 6.0,the liquid volume of shake bottle is 100 mL/250mL,fermentation temperature 27℃,shaking speed 180 r/min,fermentation period for 7 d.After optimization,the content of the fermentation broth of anthraquinone was 59.09μg/mL.(2)The best culture medium recipe of Acremonium cucurbitacearum AJ014 was:the best carbon source is glucose,the best nitrogen source is urea,the most suitable added mineral element is FeSO4,the optimum growth factor and its concentration is 16μg/100mL VB1,the optimum initial pH is 6.5,the liquid volume of shake bottle is 100 mL/250mL,fermentation temperature 27℃,shaking speed 210 r/min,fermentation period for 7 d.After optimization,the content of the fermentation broth of anthraquinone was 77.36μg/mL.(3)The best culture medium recipe of Simplicillium obclavatum YX016 was:the best carbon source is glucose,the best nitrogen source is urea,the most suitable added mineral element is H3BO3,the optimum growth factor and its concentration is 20μg/100mL VB1,the optimum initial pH is 7.0,the liquid volume of shake bottle is 100 mL/250mL,fermentation temperature 27℃,shaking speed 150 r/min,fermentation period for 7 d.After optimization,the content of the fermentation broth of anthraquinone was 69.05μg/mL.
