| As a clean and renewable energy source,wind energy’s share in energy supply is on the rise.In order to obtain higher efficiency and load reduction,the diameter of the wind wheel of the wind turbine is continuously increased.The wind turbine blade,which is one of the core components of the wind turbine,is the main load-bearing component of the wind turbine.The safety and stability of its operation directly affect the efficiency and economic effect of the wind turbine.Therefore,the pros and cons of its manufacturing quality have attracted much attention.In order to measure the strain in the ground dynamic and static load test of the wind turbine blade full-scale structure,not only many wirings,complicated wiring and heavy connection cables,but also the resistance to rain in the fatigue test and easy degumming,etc.Fiber Bragg Grating sensor overcome the above shortcomings of strain gauges,develop a special test system for wind turbine blade fatigue test,this paper involves the following main research content:Firstly,analyze the dynamic and static load performance test requirements of wind power blades,and summarize the application status of FBG sensors;based on the test requirements and FBG characteristic,determine the overall scheme of the wind power blade monitoring system based on FBG sensors and design the functions of each module.Secondly,study the packaging method of FBG strain sensor,design an FBG strain sensor for wind turbine blade fatigue test,study the hot-press packaging process of glass fiber reinforced composite prepreg,make samples and test their sensor performance.Thirdly,developed FBG sensor-based wind turbine blade fatigue test software system,used MFC to design the interface of the test system,and used C++ language to write software function modules,including four modules: sensor layout,data collection,data analysis and database management.Fourthly,study the data transmission method between each sub-function module and the mixed call method of MATLAB functions for simplifying program operations;use MYSQL to create a test system database and classify and store the data of sensor layout,collection and analysis of wind turbine blade fatigue test And management.Fifthly,based on the developed wind turbine blade fatigue testing software system,a FBG sensor-based wind turbine blade fatigue testing hardware system was built,and field test debugging was carried out.The tests include: blade fatigue flapping test and fatigue edgewise test,between the test system and the FBG demodulator communication,real-time acquisition of strain signals of full-size wind turbine blades,and processing of fatigue test data with the aid of the written data analysis module to verify the effectiveness of the test system. |
