With the development of remote sensing technology, remote sensing image has become one of the most important data sources in the areas of Ecological management of land and resources management of land resources, and also can carry out relevant research work,However, the accuracy of remote sensing image has been affected by the cloud interference(CI)in different level and areas where have a various topographic and geomorphic conditions. It has some researches about the spatial distribution and different phases of cloud interference which were observed by MODIS onboard the Terra and Aqua satellites. However, there is few thesis which the relationship among cloud interference and topographic such as altitude, slope and aspect,or improve NDVI data quality based on data fusion of different phase and cloud interference.Three major contents were carried out and analyzed in this dissertation research, based on the MODIS MOD13Q1?MYD13Q1 and SRTM DEM products from 2003 to 2015 in Yunnan Province. The research firstly respectively were the spatial distribution and different phase of cloud interference which covered 13 years of continuous and 4 seasons derived by the MODIS cloud mask.Secondly, the research analyzed the relationships between cloud interference and main topographic parameters. The research thirdly extended application that cloud interference with NDVI,and finally, the research summarized up the characteristics which the spatial distribution and different phase of cloud interference from Terra and Aqua, and find out the relationship between cloud interference and topographic, which cover three parameters that altitude, slope and aspect.Meanwhile, conclusion MODIS NDVI accuracy has been affected by cloud interference in different land cover and remote sensing image cloud removal. The main conclusions are as follows:1)The spatial distribution of cloud interference in Yunnan province was remarkably different between high value area and lower value area of cloud interference, with the high value area was in Hengduan mountains and its southern mountain margin, and lower value area was in Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, with somewhat more cloud interference during the morning and less cloud interference in the afternoon, and the spatial distribution of cloud interference was obvious difference in 4 seasons. Moreover, the higher the cloud interference value, the better the stability.2)The cloud interference was affected by different topographic parameters, the influence of altitude was the strongest, the influence of slope was weaker, and the influence of aspect was relatively weakest. The spatial distribution of cloud interference was showed the vertical zoning. The high value of cloud interference exhibit highlight characteristic of “Sunflower” which mean was high value of cloud interference distribution trend to the angle of incidence of the sun during a day.Meanwhile,The high value of cloud interference affected by monsoon.3)Under the influence of spatial distribution and value of cloud interference,MODIS NDVI data was divided into two parts—“Decrease” and “Increase” compare with reality situation, decrease area involved vegetation covered, increase area involved non-vegetation covered area such as waters, snow and ice cover, bare ground and construction land.Absolutely, the value of MODIS NDVI has positive correlation with cloud interference in both two areas.4)The spatial distribution and value of cloud interference was direct correlation with topographic.Meanwhile, the results of remote sensing data cloud removal and MODIS NDVI affected by the spatial distribution and value of cloud interference compare with reality value.
