The coleoptile has a very important role in plant cultivation,breeding,genetics,etc.In the relevant research,the coleoptile is usually accurately identified and cut.At present,there is no coleoptile-related automatic cutting device or device,and the coleoptile needs Manual identification and cutting,but this method of work has been unable to meet the needs of the rapid development of the coleoptile industry.Based on this status quo and background,this paper intends to use machine vision technology and Cartesian robot technology to develop an automatic identification and automatic cutting device for coleoptile,which is of great significance for reducing labor intensity and improving coleoptile cutting efficiency.The cutting device for coleoptile studied in this dissertation is mainly applied to grass plants and plants with coleoptiles.The main research contents of this subject are as follows:(1)Review the characteristics of the coleoptile,,the application of harvesting and cutting equipment in agricultural bioengineering,design a research program and technical route suitable for the identification and cutting device of coleoptile.(2)Research on the overall scheme and structural design of the coleoptile cutting device.According to the functional requirements,the overall scheme of the coleoptic cutting device is determined,and each part of the functional module is determined,and then each module such as the device transmission structure,the cutting device manipulator,and the end effector is subjected to detailed analysis and structural design.(3)Research on coleoptile recognition algorithm and visual coordinate system conversion research.Statistical analysis was carried out on the shape,color and length of coleoptiles such as wheat and sorghum,and the image segmentation and localization of coleoptile images were studied.The algorithm for image recognition of coleoptiles was developed and verified by experiments.(4)The establishment of the coleoptile cutting device system.In combination with the previous research,select the appropriate CCD camera,lens,and a number of hardware,drive,PLC,sensor and other systems required hardware,build a vision system hardware platform and control system of the coleoptic cutting device,And debug the PLC controller,servo drive and motor.
