In recent decades,based on the rapid development of laser technology,laser ranging technology has also rapidly increased.Due to its large range and high precision,laser ranging technology has not only been used in the military field,but also in people's daily lives.However,most of the traditional laser ranging systems use multiple discrete unit circuits to build and integrate,which leads to many disadvantages such as complicated circuit,high power consumption,large size,difficult debugging,high development cost,etc.Which hinders the laser ranging system in the civilian field.The popularity of the application.Therefore,the laser ranging technology has attracted the research and development of many scholars in the past ten years,and promoted the development of laser ranging technology in the direction of miniaturization,low cost,integration,safety and reliability.In this paper,the method of phase-based laser ranging based on double-measure is studied.The data processing part of phase-type laser ranging is integrated into a dedicated data processing circuit,and the data phase-finding process of phase-type laser ranging is concentrated in on-chip operation.This implementation simplifies the traditional laser ranging system into three parts:laser-driven LD,receiving PD,and data signal processing.This topic uses Spartan-6 FPGA as the main control chip,develops and designs the measuring instrument signal conditioning hardware platform based on phase-based ranging,including channel programmable high-speed stable DDS module,two-channel dual-channel high-speed data acquisition module,and signal difference frequency.Processing module,LC filter circuit construction,100 M Ethernet port output circuit,etc.In addition,Verilog HDL is used as the design language to design the implementation of apFFT based on Xilinx FFT IP core.Through the verification in the actual project,DDS can realize double-measurement simultaneous measurement and increase measurement speed.At the same time,it can flexibly program the phase configuration of each scale frequency,which is convenient for scale frequency conversion and software system error correction.CThe phase-based ranging method based on double-meter is widely used in various fields due to its small size and flexible design.
