Nowadays,cancer is still one of the most threatening diseases to human life and health.Traditional therapies mainly include surgical resection,radiotherapy and chemotherapy.However,tumor cells are small and easy to spread.These therapies often have great limitations.As a result,some new therapies emerged,such as photothermal therapy.ICG has a very wide application prospect in the photothermal treatment of tumors due to its good fluorescence performance and photothermal conversion effect,but its stability is poor,and it is easy to be discharged by blood circulation in vitro.In order to improve these shortcomings,the following work has been done in this paper:1.SiO2 nanospheres were synthesized by inverse microemulsion method,and then the double layer SiO2 was synthesized.Then,hydrofluoric acid was used to etch the silicon dioxide hollow spheres.In order to further enhance its stability,ICG@HMSNs were coated with SiO2 and ICG@HMSNs@SiO2 nanoparticles were obtained.2.The experimental results show that the absorption peak of uncoated ICG irradiated by 808 laser for 10 minutes after dissolving in water decreases by 82%,while the absorption peak of ICG@HMSNs and ICG@HMSNs@SiO2 particles decreases by 41%and 23%respectively under the same conditions.The photothermal conversion efficiency of the ICG@HMSNs@SiO2 particle is 18.9%,and the photothermal conversion efficiency of the ICG@HMSNs@SiO2 particle is good.3.ICG@HMSNs@SiO2 particles were phagocytized by Hela tumor cells and cytotoxicity was detected by MTT assay,which showed that the particles had low cytotoxicity.At last,the photothermal cytotoxicity of ICG@HMSNs@SiO2 nanoparticles on cancer cells was studied in vitro.The results showed that ICG@HMSNs@SiO2 nanoparticles had a certain killing effect on cancer cells.
